What were your first thoughts when you saw the reveal trailer for Battlefield™ 1? We hope it was excitement. Or anticipation. Or maybe you screamed and threw your drink in the air (that’s what I did). In a few days, you’ll have even more Battlefield 1 to enjoy – the EA Play livestream starts June 12, 2016 at 1:00PM PT. You’ll want to tune in to EA Play to watch the whole thing, and to see Battlefield 1 gameplay in action in a brand-new trailer and a livestream you will not want to miss.

Starting at 2:00PM PT, you’ll get your first chance to see 64-player Battlefield 1 multiplayer in action with the Battlefield Squads livestream. Battlefield Squads is the first-ever livestream of Battlefield 1 gameplay. Battlefield community members StoneMountain64 and Battlefield Friends – The Noob will lead teams composed of your favorite YouTube personalities, Twitch streamers, and even some surprise guests.

So circle the date on your calendar (or set a reminder on your phone): new Battlefield 1 gameplay is coming on June 12, 2016.

When you see an enemy with a shotgun charge your trench, or when your cover is torn apart by an LMG peeking out from behind a crumbling building, you’ll realize just why World War I is called the Great War. It was the genesis of modern warfare, and weapons were at the forefront of that push. They are powerful, varied, and most importantly, damn efficient at doing what they were designed to do.

How to Download the Latest Update and Zero Dark Thirty / The Hunt Map Pack
PC Update and Map Pack are now available

1. Once you launch Origin, the latest game update will automatically start downloading. (unless you’ve disabled the option to “Automatically keep my games up to date” in which case, it will start downloading when you try to the run the game.) In Battlelog, you will be notified from the Game Manager. Once you acknowledge the update, it will start downloading within the Origin client. NOTE: You must download the update to play Zero Dark Thirty/The Hunt Map Pack.
2. Once updated, single left-click on the Medal of Honor Warfighter game tile and then click the [ i ] button. From there you can purchase and install the Map pack.
• Limited Edition and Digital Deluxed (pre-order) owners
• You will be directed to download the Map pack at no additional charge from Origin.
• Standard Edition owners
  • From Origin, select Store. In the search field, enter ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ or ‘The Hunt.’
  • Select the content to view the details and purchase the map pack.

• Once downloaded, you will now be able to select ‘Darra Gun Market’ and ‘Chitral Compound’ from the Server Browser. These maps will also appear in map rotations in Quick match.

PlayStation 3 Update and Map Pack are now available

1. When starting the game, it is mandatory to accept this download if you want to play the online.
2. Once downloaded, you will be returned to the Multiplayer lobby. Your PS3 will prompt on boot to download update 1.02, then it will show the title screen. 
3. From the main menu, select the PlayStation® Store option to be taken to the PlayStation Store and locate the Zero Dark Thirty or The Hunt Map Pack.  Limited Edition owners will be able to download the Map pack at no additional charge from the PSN Store. Standard Edition owners will be directed to the PSN Store to purchase the Map Pack.
4. Once downloaded, you will now be able to select ‘Darra Gun Market’ and ‘Chitral Compound’ from the Server Browser. These maps will also appear in map rotations in Quick match.

Xbox 360 Update and Map Pack are now available

1. When starting the game, you will get a popup notifying you that a mandatory Title update is available. Once downloaded, the game will restart.
2. You will then receive a prompt to download Multiplayer Update #1. It is not mandatory to accept this, but we advise you to do so for an improved game experience.NOTE: You must download both the Title Update and Multiplayer Update to play the Zero Dark Thirty or The Hunt Map Pack.
3. Once downloaded, you will be prompted to restart your console in order to install the update. Once installed, you will be returned to the title screen. In the EA News window on the right you’ll see an update informing you the Zero Dark Thirty or The Hunt Map Pack is now available.
4. Scroll over the EA News window and select it. Limited Edition owners will be directed to download the Map Pack at no additional charge from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Standard Edition owners will be directed to the Xbox LIVE Marketplace to purchase the Map Pack.
5. Once downloaded, you will now be able to select ‘Darra Gun Market’ and ‘Chitral Compound’ from the Server Browser. These maps will also appear in map rotations in Quick match.
6. Alternatively, you can add the Map Pack to your Download Queue here.
