Will clean and heal our planet from this "Tiberium Crisis". Great mod for Red Alert 2 by the way.
Objective: Building a system to purify the Tiberium infestation from Earth, but the Tacitus is needed for for that.
Command & Conquer 4 is not cannon and doesn't exist in the hearts of true C&C fans. The C&C timeline ends after the events of Kane's Wrath.
