1: You have to be in the top zero percent (or top 1 % depending on other stats) for "Vehicle score per vehicle minute" at www.bf3stats.com.
2: You have to have received at least one of three vehicle service medals. (Tank,Jet or Helicopeter)
There are only about 3000 players of total 800'000 out there who can join this platoon.
