Been struggling to find a decent LMG loadout since they boosted the recoil on most of them. What support loadouts work best for you?

Really? I always found the LSAT pretty bad.

Any LMG bipoded up is going to be a machine unless its the LSAT (it just shoots too slow)
Go PKP + foregrip + extended mag/249 + bipod + ext mags

I'll have to try those. Anyone else?

sure if you try to stand up and shoot at them on range while zooming in, but remember that it's a belt fed machine gun, and not a clip gun so the will automatically have more recoil than the clip ones, if you think that clip lmg's are better then i recommend the RPK with bipod, and flash suppressor has been working for me all the time(btw no scope on RPK)

Depends on how you want to play. I think the LSAT is not a bad choice,
but if you want to be more aggressive and run and gun you're better off picking an M27 IAR or a L86A2 cause they're both more glorified assault rifles.
I wouldn't say there is a "best" loadout, it just all depends on your style of play and which weapon's recoil you can handle. I personally really like the M60 for holding down objectives. The LSAT is a bit of an in betweener, it's not particularly good at either of those above mentioned things, but it does chew through enemies at close to medium range.

I use the m27 IAR quite a lot but I'd like to find a belt-fed that's effective. I used to play support all the time in Beta but I find it hard now.

then i can't help you bro, all i could say now is go into an empty server start with the M249, and try using it on walls and stuff to see how much spread you have, and keep on going until you find a belt fed one where the spread is low, then you can start adding attachments to it and see what suits you best, that's what i have done to come up with my loadouts in the game

Don't use a foregrip on any LMG, unless you want to be useless at mid-range, which is where LMGs come in handy with their extended mags , of course.

I didn't like the LSAT till recently, I find the recoil is very manageable when ADS without a bipod. Tho my favourites are the MG36 and QBB-95.

I used to love the MG36 till it lost extended mags.

L86A2 with bipod (no point leaving it with nothing), and holo sight. Love that gun. C4 for big vehicle maps, Claymores for anything else. Use motars only if you want to get a low amount of kills.
